Technical Success Manager - Global organisation - Exclusive

What does it take to work here?

We are seeking someone with excellent customer-facing/ presenting skills who has worked as a Technical Analyst or Technical Success Manager supporting business solutions and end-users, preferably within an E-commerce environment. You need to have strong troubleshooting skills, an intermediate understanding of networking/firewalls/proxies, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to present technical solutions to sometimes non-technical audiences, a good understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR + more), a basic understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), experience working in a B2B sales environment would be advantageous, experience with cloud-based applications desired. ( Prince 2 advantageous)

What is the role about?

You will deliver technical training & workshops for Sales and operational teams, become a product knowledge expert, manage and maintain technical documentation (Both client-facing and internal), provide remote support for clients and brief operational teams when facing technical issues, and provide support on technical requirements for RFI/RFP (request for proposal/information), shape user journeys - Integration with learning management systems (non-technical solution-designing), improve internal processes, be keen to learn about new technologies (WebRTC, REST API), basic technical background is a requirement for this position. The successful candidate will receive training on the technologies involved in fulfilling this role.
