Our client is a fast-growing community-sharing business focused on the automotive space.
After continued revenue growth we are looking for someone ambitious to accelerate capability and inspire a team using data and ambition.
The Head of growth will be performing amongst other daily/weekly activities:
- Lead a performance marketing team of high performers to deliver marketing qualified leads through existing and new channels
- Liaise and collaborate closely with the product team to ideate and drive acquisition and sales conversion
- Develop communications, market position, and grow awareness of the business
- Experiment, ideate, and validate ways to accelerate growth across acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral
- Help build a data-first culture
The Head of growth will have the following responsibilities:
- Own all performance marketing channels and oversee constant development of
- Budgeting across key growth channels
- Drive optimal SEO performance
- Deliver key top of funnel and conversion growth indicators
- Reporting on digital performance and customer journey
The Head of growth ideally needs to have the following experience:
- Demonstrable hands-on track record of scalable growth
- Digital product development. What and how data can be used to determine opportunities
- Teaching, coaching, and supporting others
- Deep knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels
- Success leading a growth team and its collaboration across sales, marketing, customer success, product, data, and engineering
