A high-profile SAAS/ Marketing automation company based in the heart of London are hiring for a Customer Success Manager to join their fast-growing team.
As the Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Working with assigned accounts and increasing the renewal and potential for new business.
- Upsell and Cross Sell opportunities.
- Build long-lasting relationships.
- Display expert knowledge of products and services.
- Closely monitor all assigned Accounts; providing insight to Customers.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to build Customer testimonials and referrals
- Educate clients on products and services.
- Anticipate Customers' requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful!
- Identify potential issues within the Accounts and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
- Contribute to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets.
The Customer Success Manager/ Account Manager will have the following experience:
- Good working experience as a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager with experience in owning, growing and maintaining key accounts.
- Digital Marketing experience
- Passion for digital technologies such as CRM or Marketing Automation.
- Experience in Sales, Consulting, Client Facing roles (desirable)
- Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, and technology ( desirable)
- French is desirable.
