A high-profile SAAS company ( email marketing ) based in the heart of London is hiring for a Customer Success Manager to join their fast-growing team.

As the Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Working with assigned accounts and increasing the renewal and potential for new business.

  • Managing a portfolio of 25-30 clients.
  • Work with customers to design their Customer Experience programs.
  • Display expert knowledge on products and services.
  • Closely monitor all assigned Accounts; providing insight to Customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to build Customer testimonials and referrals
  • Educate clients on products and services.
  • Anticipate Customers' requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful!
  • Promote the Company's services (enhancements/updates / new initiatives/maintenance) through the relationships you have nurtured within the Accounts.
  • Identify potential issues within the Accounts and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to resolve them.
  • Contribute to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets.

The Customer Success Manager will have the following experience:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience as a Customer Success Manager / Account Director with experience of owning, growing, and maintaining key accounts.
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • SAAS background.
  • Experience in Sales, Consulting, Client Facing roles (desirable)
