CRM Manager- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (B2C/ Lifecycle)
A leading global eCommerce company based in London is seeking a talented CRM Manager who is keen to take customer journeys to the next level!
As an experienced B2C lifecycle marketer, you'll be comfortable with planning, executing, and analysing automated cycles as well as ad hoc campaigns through different channels (email, push notification, and SMS), across different markets.
As the CRM Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end development and execution of automated customer messaging campaigns across all channels and all geographies
- Creating detailed customer journey flows with both transactional and marketing touchpoints, and identifying actionable trigger points to improve conversion or retention metrics
- Partnering with the tech teams to define customer segments and with the data teams to define measurement frameworks, testing designs, planning, and analysis needs to enhance our current customer communication campaigns and generate incremental subscriptions or increase our customer lifetime value
- Establish close working relationships with our content and creative teams to develop world-class lifecycle marketing campaigns
As the CRM Manager you will have the following experience:
- CRM experience in B2C lifecycle marketing within the tech space(B2C SaaS/subscriptions)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Exact Target
- Technical understanding of marketing and analytics technologies, and some experience with implementing them
- Data-driven lifecycle marketing and testing frameworks
- A track record of proven results through the testing and deploying of multi-channel (emails, apps, and platforms)
- Project Management skills.
