Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid – London, UK)

A world-leading E-commerce company headquartered in London is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to drive digital transformation through Salesforce and cutting-edge AI tools.
This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to be part of a tech-forward team using AI to supercharge CRM and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary administrator for the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Manage users, reports, dashboards, workflows, and system configuration.
  • Conduct regular system audits and ensure the platform is optimized and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-enhanced data workflows and automations.
  • Train and support users across departments; champion adoption of Salesforce and integrated AI tools.
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation for system functionality and changes.
  • Work with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions that align with business goals.
  • Analyze trends and improve how the organization leverages Salesforce + AI for strategic decision-making.
Ideal Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (required); additional certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Developer) are a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, ChatGPT integrations, or similar.
  • Ability to build custom apps, formula fields, workflows, and automate complex processes.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where innovation and data insights drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
