Operations Lead (Software Engineering & Data Architecture)

We are seeking a senior-level Software Engineer to lead our clients operations technology strategy. This is a "player-coach" role that requires deep technical expertise in systems design and a sophisticated understanding of financial markets. You will partner directly with Trading, Risk, and Research teams to build resilient infrastructure that supports investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define the roadmap for our core data and operational platforms.
• Hands-on Development: Design and maintain production systems for pricing, NAV reporting, and trade reconciliation.
• Innovation: Integrate LLMs and AI-assisted tools to optimize engineering velocity and reporting accuracy.
• Collaboration: Act as the technical lead for cross-functional projects involving DevOps, Analytics, and Executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong of experience in end-to-end software delivery (Financial Services preferred).
• Strong foundation in system design and reusable frameworks.
• Expertise in at least one major language (Python, C#, or Java).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or Finance.
