Managing Director - Seasoned Digital Marketeer

We're seeking a Managing Director to lead the growth and profitability of a new product in the knowledge transfer space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, has a strong background in sales and digital marketing, and knows how to take a business from launch to scale.
You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, creating data-driven marketing strategies, and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Reporting directly to the board, this role demands both strategic leadership and hands-on execution to deliver on growth, quality, and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a long-term growth strategy, defining success metrics and driving user acquisition across digital and offline channels.
  • Lead brand development across every customer touchpoint, ensuring consistency and high-impact storytelling that resonates with modern, active travelers.
  • Oversee marketing execution across paid media, search, social, partnerships, email, CRM, influencer marketing, and more.
  • Build and grow a high-performing team, developing leadership capacity while maintaining a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Translate customer insight into action through research, analytics, and engagement data to refine offerings and improve the user journey.
  • Manage commercial performance, including P&L ownership, pricing strategy, customer conversion, and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to align efforts, share insights, and drive innovation.
  • Support expansion efforts, including product evolution, new market entry, and broader brand reach.
