Key Responsibilities of the Capital Markets Client Partner
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Drive account portfolio growth with a focus on Data, AI, Cloud, Digital, and Transformation initiatives.
- Identify, shape, and close complex deals aligned with client goals and internal business objectives.
- Achieve double-digit annual revenue growth targets through proactive account development.
Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Build and nurture long-term, strategic client relationships.
- Influence client thinking on delivery models, innovation roadmaps, and future-state architectures.
Delivery Oversight
- Provide executive oversight for large-scale programs (e.g., $xxM+ cloud transformations), ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate across internal delivery teams, service lines, and centres of excellence to drive seamless execution.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and program success.
Domain Expertise
- Bring deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets, with additional insight into adjacent areas such as Retail Banking, Wholesale, Wealth, or Asset Management.
- Align digital and transformation solutions with the evolving business needs of the client.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, sales, or client delivery roles, with a strong focus on Capital Markets.
- Proven track record managing large accounts or portfolios and delivering complex transformation engagements.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience working within global delivery models and leading cross-functional teams across geographies.
