Business Development Leader – Life Sciences (West Coast)
We are searching for a high-impact business development leader with deep experience in Life Sciences (MedTech, Biotech and Pharma) to drive growth across West Coast accounts for a global client of ours. The ideal candidate has both a strategic and consultative mindset, excels at hunting and landing new logos, and has a proven track record of selling large-scale IT services deals—including Infrastructure, ERP, Digital, Data/AI, and more.
A strong network within the C-suite of Life Sciences organisations, experience working with ISV/OEM partners, and solid industry subject-matter expertise are essential.
This is a leadership role with flexibility on many fronts for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Leader - Life Sciences
New Logo Acquisition - Identify, and win new clients, carry a personal target, lead and mentor a team of hunters 
Client Expansion & Relationship Management - Build and sustain C level relationships, drive upsell and cross see initiatives across services lines, grow accounts in pharma, biotech & medtech.
Team Leadership - Inspire & guide a high performing sales team, ensure effective pipeline management and quota achievement
Solution Selling - Lead complex deals focused on application management services, cloud, data modernisation and GenAi.
Required Experience from the Business Development Leader - Life Sciences
Deep domain knowledge in Life sciences (pharma, medtech, biotech)
Demonstrable experience in winning new logos and growth of existing relationships
Track record of selling large complex IT services and transformation deals
