We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing global technology business for an Associate Systems Administrator to join its Dublin-based IT Systems team.

This is a great opportunity for an IT professional looking to develop their career within a global environment, working across systems administration, endpoint management, IAM, networking and security.

As the Associate Systems Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Administer identity platforms such as Okta / OneLogin Support Microsoft Intune / Jamf and endpoint management
• Helpdesk support
• Assist with software deployments, patching and OS updates
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and firewall issues
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack
• Manage user joiner/mover/leaver processes and access controls
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge-base articles
• Assist with office networking, AV and infrastructure
• Participate in an on-call rotation when required

As the Associate Systems Administrator you will have the following experience:

✔️ Experience with IAM ( Okta or OneLogin)
✔️ Familiarity with Intune or Jamf
✔️ Experience using ServiceNow, Jira or similar ticketing platforms
✔️ Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack
✔️ Basic enterprise networking and troubleshooting knowledge
✔️ Strong documentation and communication skills
✔️ Commerical experience in IT support / systems administration
