APAC Regional CRM Director

We are looking for a data driven innovative regional CRM director for our international client, a leader in the learning space.
This role is responsible for conceptualising and scaling automated customer journeys across digital channels driving engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Experiment with new CRM tactics and automation to drive engagement and conversion
  • Design and implement automated customer journeys across all channels including LINE, Kakao, WeChat, and Zalo 
  • Design segmentation models and dynamic content strategies to enhance personalisation at scale 
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance CRM and automation workflows 

Experience should include;

  • 8 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation 
  • Strong knowledge of messaging platforms and their integration into CRM workflows 
  • Highly analytical with SQL proficiency, for campaign analysis and optimization
  • Good English skills with Japanese, Chinese or Korean required
